Confronted with the issue of clients struggling to submit essential documentation due to limited digital literacy—a major obstacle to accessing our services—I innovatively employed the AZ Screen Recorder app to develop a step-by-step instructional video. This tutorial meticulously guides clients through the process of submitting their documentation online.

This strategic approach not only highlighted my capability to pinpoint and overcome educational barriers using advanced technological solutions but also markedly improved our organization's service efficiency. By uploading the tutorial to YouTube, I ensured broad accessibility and distribution, providing vital support to our clients when it mattered most.
