Amid the shift to online learning prompted by COVID-19, I noted a significant drop in engagement and performance in our adult education courses. In pursuit of an effective remedy, I explored and quickly adopted Nearpod, a renowned platform for boosting student involvement. By skillfully incorporating Nearpod into my online teaching strategies, I managed to significantly enhance student participation in the learning process.

This approach not only rejuvenated student engagement but also facilitated detailed tracking of individual learner involvement. The visible enhancements in both engagement and academic performance prompted the wider implementation of Nearpod within our institution, benefiting both remote and classroom-based learning environments.

This endeavor highlights my dedication to utilizing cutting-edge educational technologies to enrich learning experiences and showcases my capacity to drive educational innovation.
