Digital Literacy 

COVID shed light on a significant digital literacy gap among our clients, underscoring a pressing need for fundamental educational resources. In response, I took the lead in developing customized video tutorials aimed at enhancing essential digital literacy skills. These instructional videos were thoughtfully integrated into our Career Advancement Training program’s Google Classroom, which I meticulously organized and curated.

This portfolio includes a snippet from the final video used in our eLearning curriculum, showcasing my methodology in crafting practical, user-friendly instructional materials. This endeavor not only addressed a critical educational shortfall but also highlighted my competence in swiftly responding to and innovating for immediate learning challenges. My ability to identify, adapt, and create effective eLearning solutions is a core capability I'm excited to contribute to upcoming instructional design projects.
