In response to the distinctive challenges and prospects arising from adult learners' re-entry into the educational environment, I took a proactive approach to refine our educational methods to better align with their specific requirements. Through comprehensive evaluation, I identified the Formative learning platform as the optimal solution for facilitating this shift.

I developed captivating video lectures and made them readily available on YouTube, ensuring effortless access. These videos were then integrated into Formative, where I augmented them with a variety of interactive quizzes and activities. This method of self-directed eLearning was specifically designed to address the varied learning styles and preferences of adult learners, leading to a marked increase in their engagement and academic success.

My deliberate application of technology to customize educational offerings underscores my dedication to the advancement of learning experiences. This commitment is a fundamental aspect I contribute to roles in instructional design, aiming to meet and exceed the evolving needs of today's learners.
